Firm Profile 

Our firm provides services to individuals, corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, estates, trusts, and fiduciaries. We serve clients throughout Northern California.

We emphasize timely, accurate service. Typically, we assign one partner and one staff accountant to each business client. This method ensures that several people in our office are familiar with each account at any given time. We have a stated goal of returning completed monthly financial statements within fifteen days of receipt of client financial information. You can expect completed corporate tax returns from us within thirty days of receiving your year-end accounting information. We strive to return all client inquires the same day, but in the event that we are not able to, we will respond no later than the following business day.

Our firm has specialized technical skills in addition to broad accounting and tax expertise. These include management advice in inventory control, job costs, and projection management. Our staff includes CPAs and accountants. Each is experienced not only in completing assignments on time, but in locating tax savings ideas and streamlining client information systems. Our staff is eager to demonstrate their abilities and takes great pride in helping our clients.

Members of our firm have been practicing in Redding since 1970, with our firm beginning in 1981. We have over 100 years combined experience to assist you with all your accounting and tax needs. F. William Evanhoe, CPA is the senior principal in the firm. Bryan D. Russell, CPA and Scot W. Evanhoe, CPA, became principals in 2006.

Individually and as a firm, we are involved in a variety of community groups and projects, such as Turtle Bay Museum and Arboretum by the River, local school programs, arts programs, Redding East Rotary, The Exchange Club, and other community programs and organizations.
